One size: one size fits most adults, a loose cape that falls to about mid-thigh. It goes over a sweater with room to spare.

How does it heat up?

Built-in heating runs on USB power. Plug the cable into a power bank or a USB wall adapter, press the button on the chest and pick one of three levels.

Is a power bank included?

No. It runs on a standard USB power bank or USB wall adapter (5V), the same kind you use for your phone.

How do I clean it?

Always unplug it first. Follow the care label on your blanket and let it dry completely before you plug it in again.

When will it arrive?

Free shipping worldwide, with no minimum order. Orders ship in 1–3 business days and arrive 7–12 business days after that, with tracking by email.

For delivery before Christmas, order by December 5.

What if it arrives damaged or stops working?

Email snugtoes.store@gmail.com with a photo or short video and we will send a replacement. Every blanket is covered for 2 years.

Can I return it?

Yes. You have 14 days from delivery to return it for a refund, no reason needed. Email snugtoes.store@gmail.com to start a return.

Is it safe to use?

It runs on low-voltage USB power. Read the safety guide before use, unplug it when you are not wearing it, and do not use it while sleeping or on anyone who cannot feel heat or switch it off.
